Below are the withdrawal and cancellation terms for Avlu subscriptions.

Important: This page applies to subscriptions purchased through the website (dijitalavlu.com / panel.dijitalavlu.com). Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject entirely to the respective store's own policies (described separately below).

Nature of the Service

Avlu is a SaaS (Software as a Service) service performed immediately in electronic form. Access to the user panel opens instantly upon payment confirmation; there is no physical delivery involved.

Right of Withdrawal

Because the service is performed immediately in electronic form upon payment confirmation, no right of withdrawal and no refund is available for fees charged for website subscriptions. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time; upon cancellation, access to the service continues until the end of the currently paid period.

Free Trial Period

Users who cancel their subscription before the 30-day free trial period ends are not charged, so no refund is applicable. When the trial period ends, the first payment is charged automatically; no refunds are provided after this date.

Subscriptions Purchased via Mobile App Stores

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all cancellation and any potential refund requests are subject entirely to the respective store's own policies. Such requests must be made directly to Apple or Google; Avlu has no authority to cancel or refund mobile store purchases.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You cancel your subscription through the channel where you purchased it:
